Under the Ramadan moon

We will in sha Allah read exciting and inspiring stories about Ramadan; Learn about the different phases of the moon and their relationship with Ramadan and fasting; Learn how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ broke his fast and du’aa he made and Make our own special good deeds jars for the blessed month of Ramadan!

Picnic in the Park

Join us for a picnic (potluck) in the park. For our read aloud this month we will be continuing ‘The book of Manners - the chapter on etiquettes of gatherings’ for kids ages 7+. And from the ‘Akhlaaq building series’ we will be reading the book on ‘helping others’ for ages 3 -6 in shaa Allaah. Click to reserve a spot

Archery & Kayaking

Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullah, Our monthly meetup is scheduled for the 3rd of October, In sha Allah. This month's activities will include archery and kayaking. We will also have discussions on the history of Nigeria and its independence. Click to reserve a spot.

Car Wash at the Park

Assalamu’alaykum We’ll be having a car wash. Parents will bring their cars and the kids will be grouped and assigned cars in shaa Allaah. It’s intended to be a fun and hands on activity, they may also learn more about cars and some financial literacy.

A Day at Dr Mims Clinic

Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullah In sha Allah, this month's outing will be *a visit to Dr Mim’s Clinic in Katampe.* It is a peadiatric clinic and the staff will be giving us a tour and engaging the children on the workings of the hospital. Date: Thursday, January 25th, 2024 Time: 2:00 pm.

Jumu’ah Salah ( Unit Study)

Assalaamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullaah This Friday, we will be praying jumu’ah together after which we will do a unit study of the day; it’s significance, virtues and etiquettes. Date: Friday, February 2nd Time: 12:30pm

Pre Ramadan Hangout
